The projects of the NGO are made by the participation of the volunteers.
The volunteers afford the journey to Tibet (around 1800 €) and they don´t have a salary. The NGO covers their stay and maintenance costs. It is necessary a good english level, stay of 9-10 months and good capacity of work and adaptation.
